Cube made from six pyramids

Abstract
Discussion of a side faces model of the cube. The six components are pyramids made from rectangular paper with an aspect ratio of one to square root of two. With the same pyramids, also a rhombic dodecahedron and two types of stars can at least theoretically be formed. We discuss the question of the space filler property.
